Aus4Innovation delegation exchanges experience with Vinh Hiep in Gia Lai
From 1 to 3 June 2023, a delegation associated with Aus4Innovation visited Gia Lai and exchanged experience with Vinh Hiep. The programme connected innovation discussions with agricultural value chains, including coffee, pepper and fruit.
Exchanging knowledge on agricultural innovation
The working programme included technical and business perspectives relevant to agricultural development. Aus4Innovation’s connection with Australia’s national science agency, CSIRO, brought an international research and innovation perspective into the exchange.
Participants discussed the opportunities and practical needs of the value chains operating in Gia Lai. The visit also connected with the province’s wider innovation forum.
Connecting research and business experience
For Vinh Hiep, the programme provided an opportunity to share experience from coffee production and trade and hear approaches from the visiting team. Exchange between technical organisations and businesses can help identify where further cooperation would be useful.
The report records the June 2023 visit and discussion. It does not establish a completed technology deployment or a new commercial agreement beyond the activities described.
