Vinh Hiep named in 2026 ESG10 high-tech agriculture recognition
Vinh Hiep reported its inclusion in the Top 10 ESG Vietnam Green Enterprises 2026 for the high-tech agriculture sector. The programme was organised by Viet Research in cooperation with Finance–Investment newspaper under the Ministry of Finance.
The recognition and its criteria
The programme considered business performance alongside environmental, social and governance commitments and practices. Its framework brought these areas into a sector-based review of participating companies.
The organiser’s ESG10 website provides the programme information and published rankings. The recognition is a programme result; it is not a product certification or an assurance covering every environmental statement made by a company.

Environmental work
Vinh Hiep’s update described a direction involving more structured production data, resource management, the use of coffee by-products and cleaner energy. These areas form part of the company’s stated approach to developing its coffee chain.
The report also referred to the 2025 product carbon-footprint study. That study concerns a defined green-coffee product system and period; the reported 3.77 kg CO₂e/kg should be interpreted with its complete boundary and verification statement.
Grower relationships and governance
The social dimension discussed in the update included relationships with coffee-growing households and efforts to support livelihoods. The governance dimension concerned more consistent operating systems and information that customers and partners can review.
Organic and other certification programmes were also mentioned. Their relevance to an order depends on the holder, products, activities and validity shown in the applicable documents. In particular, a regulatory registration should not be described as a quality certification.
Continuing the development work
The company thanked its employees and grower communities for their contribution. It presented the recognition as encouragement to continue work on sourcing areas, management information and longer-term environmental objectives.
Those objectives need to be followed through their implementation and measured results. For a buyer, the useful next step is to request the records that match the sustainability attributes required for a specific coffee proposal.
